For as long as I can remember, I have loved taking photos. Using my grandmothers flat little point and shoot that had to be wound after each shot, I would capture family vacations and pets dressed in bonnets and baby doll clothes. In fact, most of my earliest memories are those of my beloved animal companions. Cats, dogs, rabbits, birds, sheep, rats, fish and frogs – I was fortunate to grow up in a home where we had them all. As I got older, my love for animals, and for photography, remained. Animals can teach us so much about life, love and individuality, and this is why they are my favorite subjects to photograph.

As an adult, I aspire to continue combining my love for animals with my passion for photography to create something that others may appreciate as well. I know that there are many, like myself, who think the world of their animal companions, and doing my best to capture their beauty and unique personalities on film is something that I am happy to offer.
